Here are the same batteries that we get "across the pond". http://www.thomas-distributing.com/gp150aahc-u4.htm Perhaps yourbatteries.co.uk is just a more expensive site for batteries and there are cheaper places. BTW, 2100's are shipping. GP brand are very good, and you will never go wrong with them. NiMH are supposed to not have a memory effect, but in reality they are less than NiCad, yet a bit more than LiIon. It isn't that much, so they tend to call them "memoryless". What we really notice is the decreased amount of charges for NiMH vs NiCad and with LiIon it is even less. Around 1000 recharges for NiMH, and around 800 for LiIon. Of course YMMV depending on quality of charger, how quick they are discharged, storing without charge, age, etc. This is the best site I have ever seen for reviews of the different batteries and chargers. http://www.imaging-resource.com/ACCS/BATTS/BATTS.HTM Enjoy, Chris H.
