Another lurker here. My use is similar to Aman's - 90% audio books, 10%
music. I bought my Archos FM recorder specifically because of the existence
of RockBox. If not for RockBox it would have been a PJB. This is perhaps the
best freeware I've ever used and certainly the best embedded ware.

My major wish list is to have a facility similar to but better than the RIO
Volt SP-250 that I moved from. With that unit, when in "lesson" mode, the
STOP key rewinds 10 seconds per push (pause with the PLAY button and then STOP
to actually stop) and it has 10 bookmarks (resumes). The latter let me remove
an audio book disc and listen to some music, then resume the book later. I'd
like to see the bookmark facility expanded so that there is no numerical limit
and so that the bookmarks are stored to disc by name. I'd love to be able to
have more than one audio book underway at a time and to be able to move back
and forth between them and music. Don't know if this is practical or not but
it IS a wish list.

Again, thanks a million for the superb "product".
