I just bought mine (JB Recorder 20) a bit over a week ago and am going to
take it back tomorrow while the 30-day return policy at Circuit City is
still in effect. Perhaps I've just had bad luck as well, but even the older
version of Rockbox (1.4) is proving unable to play my mp3s without going
silent toward the end of one file and coming back on after the start of the
next. And I really don't want to have to use that awful Archos interface.
Add some trouble copying files, and...

Too bad, because you folks on the Rockbox list seem an interesting bunch.
