Date: Wed, 21 May 2003 13:29:06 -0400 I haven't used my Archos with XP (shudder) at all, but I do notice that my interface for Win98 is somewhat drive-specific... When I plug my archos into my win98 machine, the tray panel that comes up shows that my drive is a toshiba. Could it be that it's the driver for a particular brand of HDDs used in some of the Archos units? What drives are those that are XP'ing problems using? XP SP 1 + JBR 20 here - no problems at all. i wonder if it has something to do with the USB controllers on the motherboard. -jsd- Received on 2003-05-21 Page template was last modified "Tue Sep 7 00:00:02 2021" The Rockbox Crew -- Privacy Policy |
