Thank you for your fast answer Michael.

4. In the File Menu the manual shows Queue and Rename options. Are Delete and eventually VBRFix available too?

Yep and Yep.

At least I think so. Delete is there, but VBRFix now seems to be called
"Update VBR File".
You are right and Linus indirectly reminded me of it in the post just before yours.
5. Does "Create Directory Tree Playlists" works the same as for the Recorders?

Um, how does it work on the recorder?
You caught me!  8-)  Ambiguous wording; I should have simply asked "Is Create Playlist available?" If it is, it certainly works the same!... That is, if you select Create Playlist in the menu while browsing a directory Rockbox will create a playlist of all mp3s in this directory and all subdirectories below it. The result file is named dirname.m3u and is stored in the parent directory of the directory you were browsing, except for root.m3u which is stored in the root directory itself, obviously (and not between the hard disk and the Jukebox cover... 8-))
6. Does the patched Rockbox for Bookmarks works the same as for the Recorders?

Never tried that one. Or, if it's in the main tree, then I've never seen
it, either because (a) I'm dense and I missed it, or (b) it isn't there.
Not too sure that melps you much, but it's what I know.
Currently Rockbox with Bookmarks is a separate module that you have to download and install separately. I have checked after sending my questions, and the zip file does contain a module for all 3 types of Jukeboxes. It is a very nice feature which, in my opinion, has good chances to be part of the standard Rockbox some day.
7. Any other tricky question(s) that I should have asked?  8-)

Just remember that the screen is 11 characters by 2 lines.
No risk that I forget, I have worked several times on the French translation file... Anyway displaying the Quick Help file is the job of either the standard text viewer or the "Text Viewer with Word Wrap" which is still another separate module right now. I only had to take care of keeping all items one per line with as meaningful an item name as possible at the beginning of the line. This way you can find what you look for  rather quickly and then comes the more or less hard time for reading the rest of the line... Sorry, my feature does not include a 17" display!!!

Cheers. Jean.
