hi rockboxers,

regarding patch 728377
(http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&atid=439120&aid=728377&group_id=44306) i have finished including the
promised additional feature.
You can now display directories with a leading slash, if icons being
disabled in the settings.

browsing directory in rockbox now can be switched to look like this:

 --------------------
|/directory1
|/directory2
|/directory3
|mp3_file_1.mp3
|mp3_file_2.mp3
|mp3_file_3.mp3
 ---------------------

just go to: general settings-->display-->show icons and select the
appropriate option.

maybe this feature gives some satisfaction to the ascii-console-freak :)

If you want to test this new feature and do some "QA" so that i`m sure all
works well and all are happy, you can download test binaries at
http://rockbox.my-vserver.de/try/icon-slash-patch/

If there is no negative response, I will submit a patch from this.
As you can recognize when downloading the uisimulator binaries: they have an
nice icon now!

PS:
Is player uisimulator brocken? it seems that i can`t use the F1-F3 keys, and
navigation with the cursor-keys behaves very different to the recorder
version.
furthermore: the uisimulator for fm-recorder seems to be exactly the same as
the uisimulator for the recorder. i can`t find any fm specific menu entries.
