Excellent work. But maybe we should use a sub menu instead of listing all seven options in the root level?

I.e something like this:

Playlist
 +-> Queue
     Queue first
     Queue append
     Insert
     Insert first
     Append
Rename
Delete
Update VBR file

Also, I think "Queue last" and "Insert last" is a little clearer than "Queue append" and "Append".
