I can highly recommend the Screen IT! screen protectors. I use them on my
Handspring Visor and they last for a very long time. They are easy to
apply without the bubbles you so often get on other screen protectors and
they have a non glare surface (but not textured like some, textured
protectors look really bad IMHO)

They offer to make custom sizes. I don't know about minimums or other
restrictions, but you could fill out the form and see what they say.

Finally, even though these are shipped from Singapore, they have always
arrived here in the US very quickly and with a very reasonable shipping
charge.
