hi folks!
please read http://www.mozilla.org/projects/rt-messaging/chatzilla/irc-urls.html
perhaps, not many browsers support this - but since client programs can install a "handler"
for this - why being ignorant about this feature? such features need support to get "mainstream" ...
There even exists an internet draft regarding this: http://www.w3.org/Addressing/draft-mirashi-url-irc-01.txt
