Date: Wed, 9 Jul 2003 13:34:35 +0200 (MEST) Amazing, I haven't given _anybody_ green light to go ahead, but impatient people have found the file in my webspace and recklessly went ahead. Tss, tss. From the posts and emails I see that the cold start ATA init issue is still not solved. The error code -11 tells that the master/slave detection doesn't work. The following port debug screen is of no use here, no point in writing down these values. Currently, we're stressing the safety fallback of having the Archos image first in flash. I'm glad that I made it this way. For the people affected: You have the choice of using F1-On for the time being, restore the original flash, or use the other plugin to program the Archos image into the second space, too (recommended). From the present experience, the flash tooling itself is safe. Now we have to bulletproof Rockbox for the cold start. Reprogramming the second image only allows us to iterate. I will approach the ATA -11 guys this evening, hope we can fix it. Maybe see you in the chat.
