I bought the 1A already. It works, there arent any
problems.
I realized though that the charger and jukebox, when
charging, generate less heat as compared to the
supplied charger(110v in 9v out 600mA).
Before i bought it, I asked an
electronics-student-friend of mine if the 1A would
work. He said yes because the adaptor was regulated
meaning that it just gives what the device dictates.
Furthermore, he added that the previous
charger(supplied) didnt give enough current that the
device needed therefore it broke. As ive learned from
the previous posts, the jukebox, when connected to the
usb port would need more power.

Is my friend wrong?
