Roland,
make in tools/ looks like its allready done, this is what I get:

>[hobo:~/rockbox] svante% cd tools/
>[hobo:~/rockbox/tools] svante% make
>make: Nothing to be done for `all'.
>[hobo:~/rockbox/tools] svante% cd ..
>[hobo:~/rockbox] svante% make
>make -C firmware TARGET=-DARCHOS_RECORDER NODEBUG=1
>OBJDIR="/Users/svante/rockbox" EXTRA_DEFINES="-DDISABLE_NOTHING"
>MEM=2 TOOLSDIR=tools
>tools/convbdf -c -o /Users/svante/rockbox/sysfont.c fonts/clR6x8.bdf
>make[1]: tools/convbdf: Command not found
>make[1]: *** [/Users/svante/rockbox/sysfont.o] Error 127
>make: *** [firmware] Error 2
>[hobo:~/rockbox] svante% ls tools/con*
>tools/configure tools/convbdf tools/convbdf.c

And as you can see, the convbdf as the script calls for IS there, right?

So... Any other idea?
