After charging from 33%, just after it hits 100%

Short Delta -25
Long Delta 847

(What are these?!)

Battery level, while charger is plugged in: 4.25 - 4.23 Volts
External (charger) voltage: 1.71 - 1.76 Volts (This is on a 5v 2A
supply)

Immediately after fully charging and removing charger (Disk not
spinning, and lights off):4.16 Volts

Voltage at which the unit turns itself off: ~ not sure yet...
