without a doubt do your compression TO mp3 with at 160, full stereo,
quality 0, and -h
as for FROM OGG, not sure if you can do that with winlame, but you can
always go via WAV with WinAmp - bit of chunky solution, but worth the
effort if you get to use LAME at the end of it all.
