If it doesn't it's a bug. This is CVS-030807 on a Jukebox 6000, and the remote works partially: When in WPS, hitting the STOP/OFF key on the remote has no effect. When in navigation mode, hitting STOP/OFF changes to the parent directory as expected. When in WPS, holding down the forward or backward keys on the remote does not FF within the song, but changes songs rapidly, which is not what would think it should do. When in WPS, pressing the volume up/down keys changes the volume as can be seen in the small volume level display. Unlike Menu-+ and Menu-- it does not display the volume percentage in the first line of the WPS, though. This is inconsistent and I think it should be changed. The rest seems to work after some initial problems (I needed to reboot into Archos in order to make the remote work at all, and it continued to work after switching back to Rockbox).
