I mean at least *output* files, as .lng files. I could very well imagine that
we extend the .lang file syntax to allow single strings to get written to be
specific for a particular plugin and then the 'binlang' tool would output
those strings to the particular plugin-language-file.

Anyway, that's worth giving some more thoughts.
