hello stephane,

are you on linux or on windows?
if you use windows and use cygwin, you should have installed all the necessary stuff within cygwin (gcc/binutils for i386 and sh1)
if you just use the minimalistic win32 sdk and get this error, you should just read the docs again.
if you want to participate as a beta tester for a new win32 sdk (which now can build rockbox tools and uisimulator, too),
please leave me a note.
