Rockbox loads the config stored in the RTC ram and in the "config sector" on
disk. No other 'default.cfg' is read on boot at this point.

I believe there already are multiple requests for various versions of reading
.cfg files on start. But if you can't find a request matching your wish, feel
free to add another one! ;-)
