Jup, I do have the same behaviour, that the disk is sipnning all the time.
I wanted to post that, but forgot about it, 'cause I now alway press F1,
when charging.
(btw.: This only occurs if the JB is off, when plugging.) If the JB runs,
when it gets plugged it is all right.
