Sorry, that was a snide remark referring to the volume up and down
controls, not the Auto Volume function.
Yes, the Auto Volume threshold is settable. It is under sound settings.
I have found it useful for audiobooks that were recorded with way too
little gain. You bump the threshold up to something longer than the
longest pause and everything is good.
