Subject: Suggestion about user interface change for browsing

Suggestion about user interface change for browsing

Hi,

during my travels this month I played with my jukebox a lot
and came up with this:

When browsing directories I can select a song be pressing "PLAY"
or "RIGHT ARROW" when I'm on the song. I can also press
"ON"&"PLAY" for playlist options.

My proposal is to change this in a way that only "PLAY" will start
the song right away.

"RIGHT ARROW" could instead open a song screen.
This would show the full song title (not scrolling, but written over
several lines) and have "Play" and the "Playlist" options from the
"ON"&"PLAY" menu below. Play would be hightlighted and another
"RIGHT ARROW" could start the song.
Pressing "LEFT ARROW" would return to the browsed directory.

This would have these advantages:

- When browsing a directory with long filenames I could
read those by pressing "RIGHT ARROW","LEFT ARROW" without
having to wait for the scrolling text.
- The playlist and cuing functions would be at a place where new
users would find them: Also you could add to the playlist using only
one hand.
- It's less likely I start a song by mistake when browsing. This has
happened to me quite often.

Any support for this change?
