One of the hazards of learning about a product or service from a support
group is that by and large people don't write in to say "everything is
fine and this product/service works perfectly today"

One tends to be forced to take a poll of some sort. "Has anyone had good
success with long term recordings?" or "Does anyone have any tips for
making long recordings?"

Periodically people do post here with much deserved but general praise and
gratitude to the rockbox team though. :)
