If you, like me, run Windoze, the you will have access to "Tiny Personal Firewall VERSION TWO" - with this personal firewall you can configure it such that Eudora/Oulook/whatever will only talk to ports 25 & 110, in fact, I've even screwed mine down to IP addresses too - stops all that spam registering malarky :) ...just a tip :) Mary Whitehouse was a famous British politician who could work out how to switch off her TV, so instead she complained about the programs that she chose to watch!
