My apologies to the group. I did not mean to start yet another stupid OS
flame. I use Linux, like it, and would like to see it succeed. My comment
was more and off-the-cuff expression of frustration that this kind of thing
still happens regularly and that everyone has to hunt-down an obscure
workaround because RedHat (in this instance) is too busy putting together
the next release to fix the problems in the existing one.
