This has been common knowledge for several years (since the 2.3 days),
so ranting about `mental masturbation exercises' adds
*nothing*. Everyone involved in usb-storage or SCSI / blockdev
development in the Linux kernel already knows this stuff.

Hence it's unproductive, unless your goal is to cast aspersions.

Which is not what this list is for.
