Had you considered battery problems? If you are still using the OEM
supplied "green batteries", I'd recommend a set of Eveready 2100Mah NiMh
cells. Can be gotten from WalMart for less than $10 and have great life.
A HDD that can't get enough current can cause all sorts of troubles.
