If you boot using it you will notice no difference at all unless you put a file named ".dirname.mp3" into a folder and then if you have set the settings correctly (you will need sighted assistance for that), it will play this file when the cursor hovers over the directory. You have to set the proper settings under general settings -> fileview first.
