I'm not sure, but here is my story

I have a pair of Boston Acoustic BA<7 something> speakers.
They were meant to work with a PC sound card that has S/PDIF out.
The speakers do not appear to like the jukebox. Even at max volume (on the knob), the volume is very low.
The speakers do appear to like my DVD player.
