just as a suggestion:
since there is complete history of mail and irc chat available - wouldn`t it be useful to have
cvs log available via web, too?
sure - there is cvsweb - but the log isn`t formatted "flat" on a daily basis there (like on recent activity). perhaps people would
find it useful (especially for documentation) if there would be something like a "go back in time button" there....?
