this guy is cool - respect! :)
couldn`t that be archos fm`s,v2`s and all that damn
"didn`t make that battery replaceable"-hardware-shit`s
dirty secret, too?
sometimes i really would like to kick a hardware engineer`s
ass for designing such idiotic stuff.(or better: the chief,
who made him doing so)
(actually just one kick for them, because i don`t buy an ipod, anyway)
*KICK KICK KICK KICK KICK......*
(and even more for all the others)
shouldn`t we start another online petition?
"dear hardwar manufacturers - please keep in mind, that a
battery should be a user-exchangeable part in ANY device!".....
bad enough, that replacement cells have astronomical pricing - now it seems
trendy to go a step further and even won`t let users change them anymore..... :(
Standard AA`s NIMH`s are at 2200mah now - that SHOULD really be enough for most
uses, and if it isn`t, i buy some more - ok?
And if size matters - what the hell is so difficult about doing "standard sized"
LithiumIO cells ? aaahh - ok - doing standards isn`t trendy nowadays! this really
makes me sick! :(
....just remembering to dallas RTC chip on former MoBo`s.
battery empty? no problem - just get ur soldering iron, throw that
working chip in thrash and replace the RTC chip as a whole....
