Gary, it's simple.
In Outlook, make a rule that filters emails that have the word "rockbox" in
the TO: or CC: line.

My message reads this:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the To or CC line contains 'rockbox'

Move it to the ROCKBOX folder
