mhhh - harsh words, but somewhat right. at least the user community should get informed, whats going on there (if there is no
reaction from that guys)!

the GPL is the GPL - and such perky violation should _NOT_ be accepted!
they should be warned about the negative publicity they could get. there are LOTS of GPL "fundamentalists" out there who make very
loud "noise" in such case :D
