What happen if the user want use text view for m3u, txt and nfo ? He has
to copy text-viewer 3 times (m3u-textview.rock, txt-textview.rock,
nfo-textview.rock) ?

About missing/empty viewers.conf , just an idea :
Plugins can claim which extensions they can handle in a header; so if
viewers.conf is missing/empty rockbox can scan plugins to create it.
It's long and eats battery, but it won't happen many time and avoid
edition of viewers.conf.
(A menu item can recan plugins)
