Hello.

You need a person, who is able to format the disc in your archos as
"FAT32". This should be possible with a MAC and this is of course possible
with a win-PC (>=me and >=2k directly, others with extra software) and any
type of PC running linux/bsd/*nix and able to access the archos hardware (usb).
If you don't get enough help here and don't know someone with a suitable
computer as described above, go to a MAC forum and ask for help in
formatting an external harddisc (that is in fact, what a PC/mac thinks the
archos is) as "FAT32" (see reply from "c s").
