Thanks to all who helped. When I unzipped rockbox-2.1-fmrecorder, I couldn't find rockbox.ucl because the font on my computer made ".ucl" look like ".ud". Boy, do I feel silly! I now have the flashed 2.1 on my Archos and I am a very happy camper.
