What's described below is existing already, it's the "classic" talkbox
patch, the one that would make sense to merge to cvs in this context. It looks for
a file called dirname.mp3 or such, and plays this while file browsing, for
the folder you're in or over.
So you can send a TTS engine script off to have this in each subdirectory. I
don't know how well TTS does with artist names, etc. An internal
pronounciation dictionary won't help much here.
