Hi Linus,

I've been having pretty much the same problem. Here is what I did.

1. ROLO to mode4-warpoff-recorder.ajz
2. play a file, wait for the disk to spin down then stop/poweroff
3. Immediately running scandisk finds the .rockbox directory corrupt.

Here are the full contents of my Disk Info debug menu.
