Can you script this somehow? If so, how? Feeding it manually would be a
pain.

Again, I already did the clips with TextAloud, my 2nd choice of TTS engine:

And we have a script from Brian Wolven, using Microsoft speech. It's free,
but sounds worse again, 3rd choice.
