Solution for Feature Request #697733 Removing "System Volume Information" and "Recycled" Folders"

Hi, I just got RockBox a few hours ago and I think it's very awesome. I
have a fix for the Windows XP always placing "System Volume Information"
and "Recycled" directories on a hard disk.

Here is the fix:
Right click 'My Computer'
Left click the 'System Restore' tab
Left click the drive letter of the Archos Jukebox (in my case, G:)
Left click 'settings...'
Left click 'Turn off System Restore on this drive'
Left click 'Ok' to exit the menu

And that should do it!
Yet another reason to use *nix, it doesn't mess up your directory
structure :)

Keep up the good work! I plan on developing some game plug-ins soon.
