I have committed a first part of the envisioned voice UI. Looks worse than
it is, I just had to touch a lot of files, the changes itself are rather
minor: mostly the new parameter per menu item.
The menu entries get spoken, if you have a "voicefont" file in your .rockbox
directory. You can find a sample one here:

(plus the source and compiled code of the program which makes it, in case
anybody cares)

If the daily build works, you can get it the matching Rockbox version in a
few hours, or the bleeding edge now. There are no controls yet to
enable/disable the talking, it just speaks when the file is present. Rename
it to get rid
of the babble.

Next step will be to "voice" the actual setting entries behind the menu
endpoints, than the screens in some way.
