ARe you sure that ground center would be good? Metal cased equipment wouldnt' be a problem with positive current on the sleeve? I'm also thinking that you have a much easier element to design with center positive plugs, because the jack dosen't have to be isolated from the case. You know like the kind with the knurled collar that screws on?
