Are you sure that inverse screen uses less power? That really makes no sense
to me, though I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm just wondering. Instead of
having to display color on part of the screen, you have to display color on
all the screen and ignore a few pixels. What's the standard, black or
white(green)?

Nice idea. I have gone and adjusted all the LCd settings that reduce the
battery strain. For example: Inverse screen. The white text with black
background uses lest power to display. hide scroll bars and hide icons
etc...rocker

shouldnt there be a "blind" option somewhere that will turn off the LCD? im
sure it would save battery power for blind users right?
