Subject: Audio 3587

Audio 3587

I've uploaded my 3587 options plugin to the sourceforge patch area.

It has features to support every recent request, including both user-mode
and geek-mode operation which can be toggled on a per-item basis; full GUI
for stereo seperation; menu can be reorganised to any preferred sequence;
etc, etc ...about 3000 lines of code in total

There are many reasons why this code is unlikely to make it to Rockbox
officially such as lack of language and font support - Although Hardeep
recently pointed me in the direction of a page of windows font editors, so
I shall check that out properly when I get some free time, and I may get
one step closer to something acceptable.

BC

PS. I have not looked at the source since the jan/04 release - does anyone
know if the win32 simulator was ever fixed or is it still broken? ...All
that is required is logically mentioned in my win32sim patch, so if anyone
wants to pick up the job, it's probably a reasonable starting point.
