Sorry - that is a apparently a 'merge module' that is to be used with an
MS installer (msi) file. I haven't been able to find any package other
than the (very large) Speech SDK that seems to do the installation for
you. I'd imagine there has to be an easier way though, perhaps just a
simple 'wrapper' msi script to do the install. I'll keep looking, and
hope someone else finds an easy answer before me. =)
