Try the same steps as in my previous message, only with the power cord
plugged in.
It may be a low battery, but even if the battery power is good, this may
help.

tried but with the same result, it basically shut down after about 10
to 15 seconds.

Well, I think I will have some sighted help tomorrow, I will see with
