        I agree entirely, though, perhaps, not the F keys, as they're taken
for the quick menu. Perhaps a key combination might be better. As I said
before, this would be the best and most satisfactory solution from my own
user's point of view. However, I think I saw Jörg say that this would be
easier to do when the customizable menus were instituted. Query, can keys
currently be remapped?

Hmm, isn't that kindof annoying to "regular" talkbox users? I thought this
is too lenghy to be a reasonable fallback.
I'm not too fond of adding another option to specify the desired fallback
(silence, number, spell).
Maybe spell here only if the files have been set to spelling, too? But this
would also contribute to confusion. Hmm, any ideas?
