Thank you sooooooo much for doing what you do and making my enjoyment of music even greater. I have read many articles on your web page to try to solve my battery problems but still I have no solution. I have never experienced great battery life. Typically, it only plays music when the battery is above 70%. In the 60% range it starts to hold up or pause. In the 50%, it just freezes. This normally gets me through about one album but not much more. Also, my screen always says "Battery Charging". Is it ever supposed to say "Battery Charged"? So I bought a brand new pair of Sanyo 2300 Nimh rechargeable batteries a few weeks ago. I am afriad to say that not much has changed. The other night I charged them fully. I left the player unplugged during the day. 12 hours later, when I turned it on, the charge was down to 63% and would not play music. I do have over 18GB of music on the recorder and understand that that may drain more power from the machine. I also have most of my music at a bitrate of 160. But not being able to use the recorder the night after charging it seems a little ridiculous. I have also wondered if the problem is with my charger. But the recorder still acknowledges 100% when unplugged so how could the charger be messing that up? Please let me know what you think of my situation and what I might do to remedy this problem. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Rodrigo Gutierrez Kia ora! ____________________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________ http://cool.haxx.se/mailman/listinfo/rockbox Received on 2004-04-14 Page template was last modified "Tue Sep 7 00:00:02 2021" The Rockbox Crew -- Privacy Policy |
