Subject: Recording Or Decoding Problem ?

Recording Or Decoding Problem ?

Hi,
I have a JBR 20 that I mostly use to record my guitarplayin'
Last 2 days I've been using it to digitaly record my cassettes to preserve
the music on it.
It are 90 minute tapes so I'll be recording 2 files of 45 mins for
convenience.

This is where the probs begin, if I record and play on the JBR, all is fine,
but when I put the file on our pc and convert it to wav, it refuses to do
so.
When played in Windows Media Player, these files will speed up at about 5:40
for
about 2 minutes of the song, no program that I have will convert the files
becouse of this speed-up.
It allways worked, and I own my JBR for about a year now, never had problems
with smaller
recordings, but these larger ones refuse to work. What could be the problem ?

Programs I have to convert audio: Sound Forge 6.0, Simple MP3 Maker,
Acoustica MP3 Audio Mixer
