Just load the new ajbrec.ajz (by "playing" it) which should be in your
root directory. If you have flashed your box, this file isn't loaded
automatically at startup any more.

If you like the new version, go to the .rockbox directory and "play" the
file rockbox.ucl. This will initiate the flash update.
