I would like to see a few more recording options made persistent by
placing them in the config file. These are mostly of benefit to Time
Split recorders.

The prefix text of the file name, currently "R"
I'd like to be able to set my own text to prefix each file in a session.

The timestamp format of the file name, currently yymmdd-hhmmss
I'd like to use, maybe yymmdd-hh for my 1 hour time splits

And finally, the time split setting itself.
